The medium priced category hotels around our office have a minimum price of around 1500,- Baht per night. Located in Bang rak and in the middle of Chinatown these hotels are a short tuk-tuk or taxi ride away from our office.

Located in the local area of Bang Rak is offers a pool, sundeck, gym, on-side restaurant and there is a jacuzzi on top of the building. The budget category offers hotels where both dormitory’s as private rooms are available. Dormitory prices start at around 300 Baht and private rooms start at around 900 Baht per night. These hotels are located in a very charismatic Talat Noi which is a quieter part of Chinatown and known for it’s long trading history.

This brand new boutique hostel is located in ”Talad Noi” which hosts a mix of old Chinese family houses. The hostel itself is inspired by the renovated classic loft-type mixed with Chino Portuguese style and offers a nice in-house coffee shop. The available accommodation is both private-rooms as well as dormitories.

The river view guesthouse is located in the heart of Chinatown’s ”Talad Noi” and on the banks of the Chao Phraya river. The location gives the hotel a great panoramic view over the river and the rooftop restaurant is perfect to enjoy a Thai meal or drink after a day of exploring. Being one of the older guesthouses in the city it offers different kind of private rooms as well as dormitories. Note: the hotel can be a bit of a challenge to find so you might want to save it in your offline maps application on your smartphone.
