We kindly request that you acknowledge the information provided below by reading the attached waiver. This step is crucial in recognizing that you have read and understood the risks associated with third-party tours.Please note that while we choose our third-party tours and services with care and quality in mind, they are NOT operated by Co Van Kessel Bangkok Tours Co., Ltd. or any of our affiliates. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, mishaps, or accidents that may occur during such activities,including those related to the refund policy.
Booking Policy:
- Package with Accommodation: Our team will confirm your booking and send a Co Van Kessel Voucher with full details in a PDF file within 3 days after booking.
- Local Thai Holidays and New Year: Bookings must be made 7-15 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
- 20-30 Days before arrival: Charge 30% of the full duration of the reserved stay.
- 08-19 Days before arrival: Charge 50% of the full duration of the reserved stay.
- 01-07 Days before arrival or NO Show: Charge 100% of the full duration of the reserved stay.
Free Cancellation:
For certain tours, cancellations made a minimum of 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. By reading this waiver,you acknowledge that you have read and understood this information and agree tothe terms and conditions as stated.
