Welcome to Thailand! Arriving in a new country can be overwhelming, so we created a Thailand starter package for you to fully enjoy your first days in Thailand. Let us know your details and we take care of the first 2 days of your trip!
Day 1:
- Private transfer from Suvarnabhumi airport to your hotel in Bangkok.
Day 2:
- Pick up your travel sim at the Co van Kessel office (River City shopping mall). We assist you with the registration process to get you back online.
- Discover the REAL Bangkok with the classical bike tour of Co van Kessel (morning departure to beat the heat).
- Enjoy Bangkok in the evening during a fantastic dinner cruise on the Chao Praya river.
- Combining convenience and fun on your first 2 days in Thailand

What we need to know from you:
1. Flight details: arrival date and time, flight number.
2. Name and address of your hotel in Bangkok.
3. Name and surnames of all travellers (adults and children).
4. If you travel with children (up to 12 years):
- age and height.
- If they bike on their own, or use:
- child seat (approximately 3-5 years, max. 25 kg.) and/or
- baby seat (approximately 0-3 years, max. 12 kg.).
5. Any allergies or dietary restrictions.
6. Please bring your passport to activate the travel SIM at the Co van Kessel office.

Booking Policy:
- Package with Accommodation: Our team will confirm your booking and send a Co Van Kessel Voucher with full details in a PDF file within 3 days after booking.
- Local Thai Holidays and New Year: Bookings must be made 7-15 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
- 20-30 Days before arrival: Charge 30% of the full duration of the reserved stay.
- 08-19 Days before arrival: Charge 50% of the full duration of the reserved stay.
- 01-07 Days before arrival or NO Show: Charge 100% of the full duration of the reserved stay.
Free Cancellation:
For certain tours, cancellations made a minimum of 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. By reading this waiver,you acknowledge that you have read and understood this information and agree tothe terms and conditions as stated.
